" INTRODUCTION This three bedroom, semi detached house has been owned by the current vendors since it was built. Now in need of some upgrading, but presented in clean decorative order, the property will appeal to those looking to create a family home to their own specifications. The house is situated on a generous plot at the top of the cu-de-sac. 

ACCOMMODATION This spacious, family home is situated within a cul-de-sac, in the sought after estuary village of Arnside. It will appeal to those looking to create a home to their own specifications. Benefiting from generous gardens this may also appeal to those with green fingers!
The garden path leads to the covered entrance porch and a UPVC front door that opens into the hallway. Here there are stairs to the first floor and doors to the lounge and kitchen.
There are dual aspect views from the lounge across to the fells and the estuary at the front and the rear garden from the back windows.
