ABOUT THE LOCATION Fairfield is very sought after residential area which attracts a wide range of buyers including first time buyers, young couples, professionals and academics. It is one of the only areas in Lancaster City that has its own residents associations that was formed to protect the open green area, play areas for children and the allotments. The association is now a registered charity. Close to the city centre (within walking distance) it also ideal for commuters with the train station being ideally located close by. Excellent local schools including Dallas Rd Primary are within its catchment area. WHAT WE LIKE... We simply love the fact that this home is set back from the road offering a great size driveway for off road parking. The views from the rear are fantastic and you can enjoy stunning sun sets whilst sitting in your garden. There is also a larger than average third bedroom which is rather generous for a single room. A BRIEF DESCRIPTION This semi detached property will make the perfect family home. The current owners have totally redecorated throughout adding new modern fittings throughout.
