" An attractive 5 bedroom period property in the desirable Freehold area of Lancaster, just a short walk from Lancaster city centre. This family home has been lovingly maintained by its current owners and reflects the original charm and character that such a Victorian property provides. With 2 reception rooms and an open plan kitchen/diner, there is plenty of living accommodation on offer and a cellar also provides extra storage space. The first floor features 2 double bedrooms, single bedroom and a family bathroom and the top floor has 2 double bedrooms, study area and a shower room. Externally is a secluded rear garden and there is also private parking opposite for 2 vehicles. Early viewing highly recommended.

LOCATION Borrowdale Road is located in the popular Freehold area of Lancaster. It is just a short walk to the city centre with its excellent schools, shops, amenities and rail network and just a short drive from the M6. Freehold has a strong sense of local community and there are excellent local facilities such as the Gregson Centre. GROUND FLOOR Enter through a wooden front door with beautiful stained glass panels into a vestibule with Fired Earth Roman tiles to the floor and space to hang coats etc. A secondary door with more stained glass leads into the hallway.
