" This house really has everything the growing family needs. A quiet cul de sac location, fantastic reception space, a large eat-in kitchen and upstairs 5 good size bedrooms, all of this being impeccably presented throughout and not forgetting the private 85' rear garden. As you enter the front door, the space that this house has to over is apparent. With a large central hallway, from which all ground floor rooms are easily accessed, a galleried landing above provides much natural light. The 3 principal reception rooms are all of a good size, with the main living room having double doors on to the rear terrace as well as a feature fireplace (gas fed) with a marble surround and hearth. From this room, double doors lead into the dining room which can comfortably seat 6 - 8 people for those formal occasions. The large kitchen with plenty of space for a breakfast table and chairs, has a good range of base and eye level units, all of which are topped with granite work tops, plus built in Bosch dishwasher, large Liebherr fridge, a Neff '5' ring gas hob with extractor above, and Neff double ovens.
