" This attractive five bedroom family home is situated in the sought after "lanes" area of Ashtead. Well proportioned throughout the property offers spacious and flexible living accommodation and is located within easy reach of Ashtead Village, mainline train station and many highly regarded schools.
The ground floor comprises a large entrance hall with two large storage cupboards. This leads to the two reception rooms (lounge with feature fireplace, and dining room), kitchen/breakfast room, downstairs cloakroom and conservatory. Upstairs are five bedrooms, (three doubles and two good size singles) family bathroom and separate shower room.
