" Annerley is a detached bungalow residence which has been the subject of a comprehensive schedule of refitting and upgrading works which have resulted in the provision of a particularly comfortable home which offers an extensive level of accommodation. The property is centrally heated, it has double glazed upvc windows which have a wood grain effect finish, internal joinery is of oak and in more detail this unique residence comprises: Hall, kitchen breakfast, dining room, large living room, garden room/orangery, 3 bedrooms and a four piece bathroom. There is a detached outbuilding that has multiple uses.

Situation Clehonger is a village community located about three miles south west of the cathedral city of Hereford. The village offers a range of amenities and lies within easy reach of Hereford's extensive range of shopping, leisure and recreational facilities and educational establishments. Description An inviting entrance hall leads through to the kitchen breakfast, dining room and all bedrooms.

The kitchen breakfast is of excellent quality and has a range of Miele appliances built in. There is a breakfast bar and further appliance space for American Fridge Freezer as well as a dishwasher. A door leads through to the large utility where there is also access to a separate WC.

There is a large single garage with electric door as well as a garage/workshop with a lifting beam all with profile sheet roofing. To the side of the workshop there is a further store (24' x 5') again of profile sheet construction.
