" Tucked away in an idyllic location, this immaculately presented apartment is flooded with natural light from the large bay windows. Just a short drive to the Beaconsfield station and only 21 minutes into London Marylebone.


On entering the electric gates the path and front door to the apartment block is immediately on your right hand side and parking for the property will be found a little further up on the left hand side. The is also 6 visitor parking spaces.

From the front door and the communal entrance hall there is a staircase leading to the first floor. At the top of the stairs continue around to the right and to the front door of the apartment.

The front door leads into the entrance hall with wooden flooring, entry phone system, radiator, loft access and two cupboards; one housing the Ideal combination boiler and the second cupboard housing the fuse box.

The cloakroom has a white suite comprising wc and wash hand basin with mixer tap inset into vanity cabinet with mirror above and tiled splashbacks. Tiled flooring, radiator and frosted window.

from the offices of Ashington Page proceed straight across the roundabout at Waitrose and continue along the Penn Road (B474). Take the left fork into School Road which turns into Church Road. Continue along Church Road turning left into Wheeler Avenue and then first road on the right turn onto Stretton Close. Carry on to the end and turn left as a continuation of Stretton Close and this leads to the gated development with automatic gates. No. 12 will be found on the right hand side just after the entrance to the gate and visitor parking is found a little further down on the left hand side.

Once in the communal entrance door, proceed up the stairs and turn to your right and then right again. The property will be found directly in front of you. "
