" Situated in the Thick Hollins area of Meltham, this well proportioned 3 bed property is set amongst similar residential properties in a quiet cul de sac with amenities and transport links close by. Meltham is a popular semi rural village set in the foothills of the Pennines and boast independent shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and good amenities including local schools and is surrounded by wonderful countryside and walks to explore.

The property has a generous driveway for off road parking, garage and pleasant gardens and with 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen it will make a great first time buyer or family home.
