The accommodation is served by PVCu double glazing to the majority of windows, electric storage heating and briefly comprises entrance hall, living room, dining kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. There are gardens laid out to both front and rear. Lindley enjoys a number of amenities with a variety of shops including Deli's, Butchers, Sainsburys Supermarket, Post Office, Library and regular bus service.
