" This charming, detached 1930s property welcomes you via the front door into a unique vaulted, beamed hallway which in turn leads to a large dining room with a feature fireplace. Further receptions include a delightful sitting room with an original cast iron open fireplace, this in turn leads through to a study with vaulted, beam ceiling and stain glass windows and a further reception which could be used as bedroom four. The room features a mezzinine area reached by a ladder and there are patio doors allowing direct access to the garden. The large master bedroom has a range of storage cupboards and wardrobes with a sky light and large bay window overlooking the garden. The family bathroom features a white suite with a shower over the bath. A spacious kitchen/breakfast room offers a range of eye level units and base units together with integrated fridge/freezer, built in oven and space for a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Leading through the back door into the garden area there is also a very practical covered area down the side of the house which is currently used as a log store and there is a large storage cupboard with plumbing to allow for utilities and space for a tumble dryer. To the first level of the property there are two bedrooms with sloping beamed ceilings and space for a double bed. There is also a shower room with shower cubicle, w.c and wash basin.
