" This charming chalet style property is located in a desirable cul-de-sac in the sought after village of Alfold. The property offers a truly exciting opportunity for the new owner to modernise throughout and the house would lend itself well to substantial extension (subject to planning). The property benefits from the character attributed to a 1960s build with large windows, generous rooms sizes and light, airy accommodation. Due to the fact that the property sits centrally within its plot, the majority of the rooms benefit from a pretty outlook over the garden. Alfold Crossways is on the outskirts of Alfold, a small and charming Surrey village. For the outdoor enthusiast, Alfold is set in an area of wooded countryside with many footpaths, tracks and bridleways through Forestry Commission land and along the Wey and Arun Canal. Winkworth Arboretum, with over 100 acres of National Trust woodland, is just over 6.5 miles away. A variety of schools for all ages can be found in the area including Loxwood Primary School, Cranleigh School, St Catherine's in Bramley, Charterhouse and Prior's Field.
