" This four bedroom detached family residence has been the subject of a comprehensive updating programme over the course of the last few years and the accommodation comprises, double glazed front door to the entrance hall with laminate flooring, balustrade staircase to the first floor landing and cupboard beneath, built-in coat cupboard and door to a re-fitted cloakroom with white suite comprising wash hand basin with mixer tap and low level wc. The sitting room has an open hearth fireplace set in a marble and wooden surround, double glazed window overlooking the rear garden and double glazed sliding patio doors to the outside. The dining room has laminate flooring, double glazed windows and casement door to the outside. There is also a study and the kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of modern units comprising cupboards, drawers, 1 1/2 bowl sink, wall cupboards and working surfaces, built-in double oven, hob and extractor canopy and there is plumbing for a dishwasher. Situation
Bishearne Gardens is a residential cul-de-sac situated within walking distance of Liss village centre, schools, the railway station and opposite a recreational field. Liss has a range of shops for day to day needs and railway station on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo line. There are further, more comprehensive facilities at Petersfield (about 4 miles to the south) including the Rams Walk shopping complex, Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, Marks & Spencer food hall and a twice weekly market held in The Square on Wednesday and Saturday. Petersfield also has a main line railway station and for commuters travelling by road the A3 bypass has improved access between the South Coast and London. Schooling in the area is of an excellent standard with Bohunt School, Churcher's College, Ditcham Park School, Bedales School and The Petersfield School.
