LOCATION: The property enjoys an excellent position within a comfortable walk of the village centre. Liss village is situated in the South Downs National Park and has shops for day to day needs, main line station into Waterloo and infant and junior schools. The A3 bypasses the village, providing easy access to the south coast and the M25 and London to the north. The opening of the Hindhead tunnel has enhanced  the attraction of this sought after location, potentially attracting people wishing to move out from the traditional commuter belt and suburbs but still being able to return there for work. The other nearby towns of Petersfield, Alton and Haslemere are all easily accessible, as are the cities of Chichester and Portsmouth.

DESCRIPTION: This well proportioned semi detached offers excellent potential to enlarge subject to consent, others in the road having already done so. The garden is well screened and a particularly good size and to the rear the property overlooks allotments.

Upstairs there is a generous landing with a deep,shelved airing cupboard and access to the loft. All three bedrooms are particularly bright with large double glazed windows and the larger two have built in wardrobes. Bedrooms two and three have laminate flooring. The bathroom has a coloured suite  comprising a panel enclosed bath with mixer tap, pedestal washbasin and low level w.c. There is a separate shower mixer over the bath. 

Note there is gas radiator central heating and all the windows and doors are double glazed.

Outside a drive provides parking and leads to a brick built garage with up and over door, side door, rear window and light and power. The front garden is laid to lawn and a wooden side gate between the garage and the house leads through to the rear garden. The wide paved terrace that runs across the rear of the house and between the house and garage has steps down to a large expanse of lawn which is well enclosed by fencing and a mature screening conifer hedge to one side. There is an outside water tap beside the kitchen door.
