" A well appointed detached family house, understood to date from 1996, presented with mainly brick elevations with some tile hanging under a tiled roof. The accommodation benefits from four separate reception rooms to the ground floor, including a fine sitting room which includes an inglenook style fireplace with timber mantel and fitted wood burning stove, and excellent conservatory with strip pine floor enjoying triple aspect with double glazed doors opening to the garden. The Shaker style kitchen has a built-in gas Rangemaster double oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer and together with the dining room provides an open plan arrangement, ideal for entertaining.
