" A detached family house of excellent proportions presented with mainly brick elevations with some rendered and timbered elevations under a tiled roof. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and benefits from a fine sitting room with open fireplace with wood mantle and marble insets, fitted kitchen/breakfast room with built in hob and fan oven, integrated dishwasher and a separate dining room. There are five bedrooms including an excellent master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. To the second floor there is a games room with fifth bedroom and study off. There is potential to create a self contained annexe to the second floor subject to building regulations. An internal inspection is strongly recommended.
