" A well appointed detached family house of excellent proportions, presented with part brick and shiplap elevations under a tiled roof. The property has been extended and considerably updated by the current owners, including a refitted kitchen, conversion of the garage to utility room and shower room, provision of three en suite bath/shower rooms and refitted family bathroom, and upvc double glazing throughout. The ground floor features three separate reception rooms all with the benefit of wood block and laminate flooring. Occupying a pleasant position towards the end of a cul-de-sac in the highly regarded Berg Estate. Liphook village centre, with its range of shops and station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line is within about 0.5 mile.
