" A detached family house of good proportions presented with brick and upvc cladded elevations under a tiled roof with upvc double glazing. The property has been improved by the current owners and has a gloriously large sitting room across the width of the house with picture window and patio doors to the garden. There is a modern kitchen/breakfast room, cloakroom and a study which has been converted from the garage, whilst still retaining a single garage to the side. On the first floor are four double bedrooms, the master having an en suite, as well as a family bathroom. An internal inspection is highly recommended.

Situation
Occupying a sought-after position on the well regarded Berg Estate, within about 0.5 mile of Liphook station on the Portsmouth/Waterlo0 main line. Liphook village offers a good range of local amenities including shops, Sainsburys supermarket and recreational facilities.
