" A fantastic opportunity to acquire a detached two bedroom property for improvement. This home is situated in a very desirable location on a quiet no through road, close to all the amenities of Haslemere. The property is situated in a private no through road on the west side of Haslemere. Shops and amenities are close at hand as well as good schools. Haslemere Town is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth Road or via the mainline station to London Waterloo. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is also renowned for its beautiful countryside, which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
