" A charming individual three bedroom detached family house situated in a highly convenient and desirable location on the western fringes of Haslemere. Recently the subject of extensive refurbishment, the property is offered for sale with planning permission for further enlargement and improvement to enhance the current versatile accommodation. (Planning permission reference: WA-2014-2101). There is a good size entrance hall, a double aspect sitting room with sliding door to the garden and adjoining dining room. Situation
The property is situated in a private no through road, on the west side of Haslemere, occupying an elevated position, convenient for the shops at Weyhill and the excellent schools (Shottermill Infants and Junior) close by in Lion Lane. Haslemere, about 1.5 miles distant, is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth Road or via the mainline station to London Waterloo. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is also renowned for its beautiful countryside, which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
