" Situated in a quiet and tucked away private cul-de-sac in the heart of Send Marsh, this is a beautifully presented semi detached home that was built in 2010 by Latchmere Homes. The house was built to an exacting specification and finished to a high standard and has subsequently been very well cared for by our client as well as further enlarged, further adding to the beautifully light and airy feel that runs through the house as a whole. On the ground floor, there is a wonderful open plan sitting/dining room which creates a perfect day to day living space for the house which also has two sets of double opening doors that lead out onto the terrace and the rear garden beyond. These leads out from a beautifully proportioned conservatory style addition to the house which is extremely light and airy and works very well with the sitting room.
