" The Copse was built in 2010 by Latchmere Homes as a select development of just 12 contemporary homes. Designed and finished to a high standard, No 5 was built to the Brant design, the larger of two three-bedroom houses. A side entrance door leads to a very good sized entrance hall with a smart downstairs cloakroom leading off. The principal reception room is a fusion of drawing room, dining area and sun room by virtue of its size and fully glazed rear section that provides a huge ingress of light and wonderful views of the gardens. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of contemporary units in a matt cream finish with contrasting black granite worksurfaces. A range of brushed steel appliances include built in double oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast eating area as well as space for a 4-seater dining table.

Easy rising stairs lead to the first floor and three very good bedrooms. The master has a range of fitted wardrobes and enjoys its own en-suite shower room facilities. Bedroom two also has a large fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom and en-suite shower room are fitted with white sanitary ware complemented by chrome fittings and have ceramic tiled floors.

Heating is via an air source heat pump with underfloor heating to the ground floor and radiators to the first floor. Low energy downlighters to two principal rooms. The entrance gates to The Copse have a call facility to a telephone in your home. "
