" Thoroughly enjoyed by our client for many years, this semi-detached residence, built we are led to believe around 1902, provides a flexible layout of accommodation via a number of exceptionally well proportioned rooms, and an abundance of character. As you step over the threshold the reception hall provides a taster of things to come - deep and divided into 2 sections via a middle arch with staircase and original balusters in the rear section. Off here are 2 separate, individual and substantial reception rooms. A sitting room to the front with wide bay and a chimney breast where you could install a lovely period fireplace. The dining room features a wide side aspect bay and woodblock flooring. A separate breakfast room and the kitchen are divided by a central chimney breast and one may choose to remove this divide to create a larger kitchen, or even extend out to the side.

Upstairs, to a large landing and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The master is at the front and is a huge room by any standards, spanning the entire width of the house. Bedroom 2 is also very spacious and features a lovely Edwardian fireplace. Bedroom 3 is a good size single at worst. There is a family bathroom and a separate utility room - again this is an area that could be re-arranged if desired. Upstairs again to the 2nd floor and the 4th bedroom - a large double which despite its eaves status still enjoys good height ceilings. Also off the landing is a large walk-in loft storage cupboard.
