" Saunders Lane is in the quiet and much sought after location of Mayford on the outskirts of Woking but still within very easy reach of the town. The house sits in a wonderful position with a beautiful outlook at the front over the open fields opposite which very much adds to the pleasure of the setting as a whole.

Throughout the house rooms that are beautifully proportioned are also flooded with natural light which adds greatly to the overall feeling of space. On the ground floor a large and welcoming reception hall leads to all of the principal rooms. The sitting room on the back being a particularly comfortable room with sliding doors at the rear that lead out onto a beautiful elevated sun terrace. In the centre of the room there is a fireplace that houses a gas fire and to the side the windows give it its bright double aspect. Adjacent to the sitting room and therefore also on the back of the house there is a very comfortable dining room, again with sliding doors that lead out onto the sun terrace which is ideal during the Spring and Summer months. On the front of the house the kitchen/breakfast room is fitted out with a comprehensive range of high and low level units and various integrated appliances that include a gas hob and electric oven while to one end, a side door conveniently leads out onto the side access and on into the garden. At the other end of the kitchen there is ample space for a large breakfast table making this an excellent room for informal dining.

Also on the ground floor there is a utility room with a butlers sink, high level cupboards and space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and water softener.

On the first floor, the bedrooms continue in the same very well proportioned, light and airy vein, the master bedroom being a particularly attractive room as it also has the outlook across the open fields at the front. There is a whole wall of built in wardrobes to one end of the bedroom and a very nicely and recently refurbished en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is likewise a very comfortable double and also has a range of built in wardrobes while the third bedroom, also a double not only has wardrobes but also the same beautiful outlook across the fields at the front. The fourth bedroom could easily be used as a double, has its own built in wardrobe and a velux window that allows in a great deal of light. The family bathroom is very nicely fitted out and is of an excellent size. All in all this is a superbly positioned and very well looked after home. "
