" Sitting in a quiet and tucked away and yet extremely accessible location on the outskirts of central Guildford this is a semi detached home of character with off street parking and a garage to the rear. The accommodation is laid out over two floors and well proportioned throughout with a large reception hall leading through into a very attractive sitting/dining room with a laminate wood floor and an attractive bay window overlooking the front. At the back there are sliding doors that lead through into a conservatory that gives the house a very useful extra reception room and which in turn leads out into the terrace and garden beyond. Also off the hall, at the back of the house, there is a well fitted kitchen with a range of wooden units and a built-in stainless steel oven with a gas hob above, partly tiled walls and a door that leads out onto the side access. Upstairs there are two very well sized double bedrooms, one on the back and one on the front along with a third single bedroom also on the front. On the back of the house there is a very nicely proportioned family bathroom. At the front of the house there is off street parking while at the back there is a detached garage, a paved terrace and an attractive rear garden. Part of the pleasure of the house is the fact that it is so accessible to Guildford town centre with its huge array of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment options as well as the towns commuter station that runs into Waterloo. There is also a variety of excellent schools for all ages in the area and the town as a whole is surrounded by miles of open countryside all of which is easily accessible by way of a short drive from the house.
