" One of the best laid out family homes we have recently seen in this price range, beautifully extended by our clients to create a home that is practical in terms of layout, spaciousness and condition. The focal point of this property is inevitably the kitchen/dining/sitting room which spans the rear of the property and creates a room that you are certainly going to spend most of your time within. Ceramic tiled floor with under-tile heating creates a warm, homely feel, and both sliding and French doors really bring the garden into the house - on a summers day this must be a wonderful room! The kitchen area is very comprehensively fitted with a range of solid oak eye and base level cupboards and drawers, extensive work surfaces and built-in appliances to include a Bosch dishwasher and Hotpoint fridge and freezer. There is a recess for a double width range cooker (potentially available by negotiation) and there is also a utility cupboard with plumbing for washing machine. A door gives access to the large garage with electronic roller door and housing the Worcester Bosch boiler.

The sitting room, off a ceramic tiled floored entrance hall, is a large open space from front to rear featuring a oak and marble surround open fireplace, sliding patio doors to garden and front aspect bay window. Off the entrance hall is a very useful downstairs cloakroom.

Stairs rise to the first floor landing off which are the four bedrooms and family bathroom. The master is a lovely front to rear room with double aspect windows plus a velux window making this a very light room. Within the dressing area is a large triple width wardrobe with sliding doors. The en-suite shower room is fitted with a modern white suite and a window. Two of the other bedrooms are excellent double rooms (originally bedrooms one and two of the original house), and bedroom four makes a perfect child's room or alternatively a study.

The heating is via a gas central heating system and the windows are double glazed with sealed units. "
