" Sitting in an elevated position in the heart of Charlotteville within a short walk of the miles of open countryside that surrounds Guildford as a whole this is a notably light and airy home of great potential. For the past 30 years the house has been a much loved home to our client who has very much enjoyed the quiet and the convenience of the location, particularly, the proximity to the Downs and the town's beautiful and historic High Street. The principal accommodation is set out over two floors while on the lower ground floor the basement could be incorporated into the house to create a very useful and workable additional living space for the house. On the ground floor, the sitting room has a wonderful picture window that not only lets in a great deal of light but also gives the house a very attractive view out over the neighbouring rooftops. The adjacent kitchen has space for a small table and chairs and likewise looks out over the back while on the first floor there are three equally light and airy bedrooms. There is also the potential here to convert the loft to create a further double bedroom, subject to the usual consent being gained.
