" The front door opens into a spacious hallway with a storage cupboard, cloakroom and archway through to the living room. There is a diningbreakfast room which leads to the living room on one side and to the kitchen on the other.

The kitchen is impressive. A stone-slab floor gives a country-cottage feel, but the ample fitted units are modern, in a gentle grey-blue. There are three windows and a glass-panelled door leading to the rear garden. In the centre of the space is a double oven with a four-ring ceramic hob which also serves as a small breakfast bar. There is a large integrated fridgefreezer and dishwasher. A glass door leads through to the good-sized utility room which is in effect an extension to the kitchen. Here there is space for a washing machine, as well as a sink and storage cupboards.

The living room has a window to the front and double French windows leading to the rear south-facing courtyard garden. There is a fitted gas fire and wall lights.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, plus a family bathroom. The second floor is dedicated to the principal bedroom suite, with double-aspect windows in the bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, sitting area and shower room.

Outside
The property is set back from the A436 Stow road and shielded by a substantial high hedge. Alongside are fields. There is parking for two cars on the bricked driveway leading to the back door.

(4 miles) with Moreton-in-Marsh a little bit further away. The train services run south-east to Oxford, Reading and London; and north-west to Worcester and Hereford.

The Fosse Way (A429) through Moreton and Stow links south via the A40 to Cheltenham

(20 miles), and north to the M40, Leamington and Coventry. Oxford is 29 miles away.
