" A Grade II listed end-terrace Regency townhouse, requiring updating and refurbishing, forming part of a terrace of 17 houses, being one of only two built and completed to the designs of William Jay as part of the development of Pittville by Joseph Pitt in 1825-42. The property is well placed for access into the town centre, local shops and the lovely Long Garden leading on to Pittville Park with its historic Grade I listed pump rooms and leisure amenities.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with cornice and picture rail; sitting room with two sash windows to the front, ornate cornice, stone fireplace and alcove shelving; kitchen/breakfast with French doors to a canopied balcony, space for gas cooker, custom built plate rack/dresser top to one wall, space for fridge and freezer, alcove cupboards, boiler; understairs cupboard/former pantry; cloakroom with space for a washing machine.

On the first floor there is a guest bedroom with stone fireplace, wash basin and two sash windows to the rear; the principal bedroom being the former drawing room with two full length sash windows to the front opening to the canopied balcony, marble fireplace, ornate cornice and picture rail, large double doors to a bathroom. At lower ground floor level is a self-contained flat with a sitting room with two sash windows to the front; bathroom with bath with shower over; kitchen and two bedrooms.
