" This beautiful and substantial Regency townhouse forms part of a Grade II listed terrace that was constructed as part of the original development of Pittville by Joseph Pitt in 1825-42. The accommodation comprises a substantial townhouse together with a coach house annexe to the rear and would lend itself to carrying on the existing boutique Bed & Breakfast business or becoming a substantial period townhouse together with an annexe for an investment or for a relative, subject to any change of use or planning consents.
