" Hartpury is a small village to the North of Gloucester. Nestled in picturesque Gloucestershire countryside, it benefits from excellent commuter links to Gloucester (5 miles) and Cheltenham

(12 miles), and direct main line to Paddington London (2 hrs). The village offers beautiful countryside walks, cycling routes and is currently within the catchment area for Newent Community School. The village also benefits from a village shop, post office, vet, two public houses, a new community centre and a children?s playground. On the outskirts of the village, the nationally acclaimed Hartpury College can be found offering courses in equine, agriculture and sports. Hartpury village school (and after school club), rated by Ofsted as ?outstanding', is within 0.3 miles of the property. This extended detached home offers practical living and it is ready to move in to and enjoy.
