From the centre of Ross on Wye, proceed South on the B4234 through the village of Walford.  Proceed through Bishopswood to the Courtfield Arms at Lydbrook.  Turn left into Lydbrook and turn left again opposite the Jovial Colliers Public House.  Go up the hill, past the Church.  At the top of hill turn left and then onto Forge Hill, bearing left down the hill and the property can be found on the right with the further ground and outbuilding to the left.
