SUMMARY    This very well presented bungalow is in proximity to a parade of shops and mini supermarket. The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the outskirts of Exmouth with a regular bus route into the town centre. Langstone Drive is the second turning on the left hand side with the second turning right into Parson Close. The property will be found in the cul de sac on the left hand side.
