" A well presented & finely designed, extended semi detached house in Bude walkable to the Town and beaches. It comprises four double bedrooms, (master en suite) and family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a well appointed kitchen, spacious lounge/diner, utility and wet room. The garage is integral and outside there is off road parking. The front and rear gardens are landscaped. No chain!

Property Frontage A block paved driveway fronts with an attractive garden area to the side. Laid to lawn with a raised gravelled bed perfect for potted plants. To one corner is a decked seating area and there are mature plants and shrubs adding to the look. Parking and Garaging Off road parking for two vehicles in front of the garage.
