A spacious detached bungalow within easy, level access to town centre. Two bedrooms (both en-suite), sitting room, conservatory, kitchen, utility and cloakroom.  Large double garage,  off-road parking for several vehicles and pretty gardens.   No onward chain.

SITUATION
Stonecott is situated just off North Road, close to Holsworthy’s park, and the town centre.  Holsworthy  Football Club ground is adjacent to the property which is ideally located for easy level access to shops and other facilities.  A private drive offers ample parking.
