location. Gardens, extensive parking and paddock.  Workshop/store and garage. Built as a forestry worker’s cottage amidst extensive woodland but with excellent road access.
 SITUATION
 One of a number of forestry workers cottages built amidst the extensive woodland of Cookworthy Forest, the property is about 2 miles from the village of Halwill Junction which has a post office, general store and public house. The market town of Holsworthy is about nine miles distant with a good range of shopping, leisure and business facilities. The North Cornish Coast is about 30 minutes’ drive and Okehampton is some 20 minutes drive on the A30  It is about 40 minutes’ drive to the City of Exeter and the M5.
