From Holsworthy take the A3072 towards Hatherleigh for 4 miles and upon reaching Dunsland Cross, turn right signed Halwill. Continue along this road for about 2 miles and the Forest Houses will be clearly found on the left hand side with a Bond Oxborough Phillips 'For Sale' notice clearly displayed on the roadside, and also at the private road that serves the properties.
