" This modern detached two double bedroom bungalow is situated on the eastern side of Okehampton with regular buses stopping close by going into the town itself. The spacious property has a garage, large workshop, great views over Okehampton, enclosed gardens and offered for sale with no forward chain.

Directions
From the traffic lights at the centre of Okehampton proceed in an Easterly direction and fork left into Crediton Road. On reaching the crossroads at the end of this first stretch of road go straight across into Leaholes Avenue. Proceed to the crossroads at the top of the hill, continue straight on and the property will be found on the left after about 50 yards

Location
