" A well presented detached 1980's bungalow set in a popular residential district and benefiting from impressive views; off-street parking and garage. Hall with cloaks cupboard, broom cupboard and airing cupboard; Lounge/Dining Room; Kitchen; 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom. PVCu double glazed windows and doors including security shutters; electric Economy 7 heating; front and rear Gardens.

SITUATION The bungalow is set in the upper part of Leaholes Avenue, a good residential district with fine views across Okehampton and towards Dartmoor and relatively close by a bus stop on the corner of Limehayes Road and Exeter Road. Okehampton lies on the northern edge of Dartmoor National Park. It is approximately 30 miles from both the north and south Devon coasts. There are superb local beauty spots where one may enjoy walking, riding, mountain biking and fishing. The shopping area contains several banks and supermarkets including Waitrose as well as many interesting locally owned shops. Primary and secondary education is well catered for in the local schools. The recreation ground and park contains, amongst other things, a leisure centre with indoor heated swimming pool, a gymnasium, sports hall, dance studio and cafe. Most sports are available including 18 hole golf course, squash courts, bowls club, indoor rifle range and thriving rugby and soccer clubs.
