From our offices in Longbrook Street continue up the road and at the traffic lights turn right in to New North Road Road. Follow the road around to the left at the mini roundabout and at the Clock Tower roundabout take the thirs exit, continuing on New North Road. At the traffic lights turn left into Hele Road and then, at the mini roundabout, take the second exit right into St Davids Hill. At the next mini roundabout follow the road around to your left into Bonhay Road passing Exeter St Davids railway station on your right. Continue on this road to the Exe Bridges roundabout over the river and take the 4thexit into Alphington Road. Continue on this road under the railway bridge and through the traffic lights and just after the turning off to Ebrington Road you will find the property on your left.
