Store Barn is a superb stone built barn conversion situated in a beautiful rural setting with excellent views over the surrounding countryside, situated about 1 mile from Morchard Road train station, which offers local rail services to Exeter and Barnstaple. Do not rule this property out because it’s semi-detached, you could miss the perfect home you’ve been waiting for!

The 3 double bedroom accommodation is spacious and many of the original features of the barn are remaining including exposed stonework, original king post trusses, and exposed roof beams – especially enjoyed in the master bedroom with its vaulted ceiling. It also has a modern en-suite bathroom and lovely built-in wardrobes. The ground floor has a large modern kitchen diner, separate dining room and a dual-aspect lounge which enjoys south facing views over the garden and onto countryside beyond…This view is also enjoyed by the 2nd bedroom. Central heating is provided by a liquid propane gas combination boiler and windows are double glazed units set in timber frames.

  • Pass through Copplestone then Morchard Road and continue for approximately 1/2 mile
  • From the A377 take the turning left into the drive as signed Store Barn, Bradiford Farm
  • Follow the lane for approximately half a mile to the end and the Store Barn is the first barn
  • PLEASE NOTE - The property is accessed via a farm lane and so is probably not suitable for a low sports car.
