An attractive semi-detached brick built 3 bedroom cottage situated in a quiet rura llocation one mile from Newton St Cyres with its renowned pub called the Beer Engine and a railway station. The village primary school and Post Office are about 1 ? miles away.  Further facilities in the village include floodlit tennis courts, cricket pitch and football pitch.  Newton St Cyres also has a railway station with car parking and trains into Exeter as well as further afield.
