The village of Puddington is located in the heart of the mid-Devon countryside and is located only a 15 minute drive from the popular market towns of Crediton and Tiverton.

Accommodation: Unfurnished - Hallway; WC; Living/Dining Room; Kitchen; Four first floor bedrooms; Bathroom; Garden and Garage.

Utilities & Services: Mains Electric, Oil, Water & Sewerage Charges, Telecoms Services & TV Licence are not included in the rent.

Council Tax: (Mid Devon District Council - Band D) is not included in the rent.

Tenancy Restrictions/Preferences: No pets, no smoking in the property, no Housing Benefit.
