" This detached bungalow is situated in a small cul-de-sac within about half a mile of the town centre. The pretty garden and driveway is on level ground as is the walk to the town, although the local Hopper bus also serves this area. The accommodation comprises two/three bedrooms depending on your needs and is currnetly used a two bedroom bungalow with one of the bedrooms currently used as a snug. In addition, there is a good sized dining room

(or lounge), re-fitted kitchen, bathroom, WC, en-suite shower room

(no WC fitted), conservatory and utility room. The garage is attached with driveway parking in front. Outside, there is a small front garden and larger back garden which is south facing. The property benefits from uPVC double glazing except to one window which is secondary glazed and central heating fired by a modern Worcester gas boiler.
