" Metcombe Rise is a mature and desirable road on the outskirts of the popular village of Tipton St John, surrounded by glorious countryside and only a few minutes' walk from the excellent local amenities including the highly regarded primary school. The property also benefits from being within the Kings School catchment area.

The light and airy well-proportioned accommodation briefly comprises; spacious reception hall, large sitting room/dining room with feature fireplace, multi fuel/wood burning stove and pleasant views across the road towards countryside in the distance.
