" A show home condition detached bungalow set in the pretty East Devon village of Tipton St John, not far from the popular coastal town of Sidmouth. This spacious property has a large south facing garden and an integral double garage. It sits on a large plot in a smart well maintained development only minutes from the heart of the village. Tipton allows access to plenty of riverside and country walks throughout the Otter Valley.
