" Marchbank is situated on the edge of this pretty and highly desirable East Devon village with excellent village amenities within walking distance. These include a highly regarded primary school, an award-winning restaurantpublic house, Church, and village hall. The large recreational park, tennis courts, and cricket pavilion provide a perfect village for both families and retired occupants alike with lovely river walks and surrounding countryside offering an idyllic setting. The village is equidistant from the traditional market town of Ottery St Mary and the regency coastal town of Sidmouth.
