Directions
From Sidmouth leave the town heading to the A3052 ( Exeter to Lyme Regis Road ). Turn left towards Exeter and at the junction with the Bowd Inn turn right towards Ottery St. Mary & Tipton St John. Continue for a little over a mile, continuing past the cross roads towards Ottery St Mary. After Approximately 200 meters turn left into Otter Close. The property will be found towards the end of the cul-de-sac on your left.
