Finding a great complex with only a small number of properties is rare in this area.Augustine Court is considered to be one of the most prestigious locations within Waltham Abbey. A quality development of similar size houses but yet each are different this makes this a great location to live. The proximity to the river Lea and Lea Valley is a short walk this gives those lovely countryside walks, use of the river or that cycling trip you always promise you will do.The white water centre, at the Lea Valley, centre has been built as part of the Olympics and is a fascinating attraction.Easy access to the road networks and overland train connection to Liverpool Street the City and the West End are a short drive.

We purchased our family home as the perfect location. A gated complex with a handful of larger properties.We have made a number of changes to develop the house to our exact taste. The location was so important as we are a family that enjoys outside space so the Lea Valley (including the river)is a wonderful setting for walking and cycling.The house itself is in a gated complex which gave us piece of mind knowing our children could play in complete safety.
