" Situated just off Fieldhouse Road in this really popular location, a delightful 3 bedroom semi detached house. The accommodation benefits from u.PVC double glazing and gas fired central heating together with a detached garage. There is a welcoming entrance hall, superb lounge-dining room which is really spacious and leads on to a lovely conservatory in the garden. The kitchen is nicely fitted in gloss white units with integrated equipment. Upstairs there are 3 excellent bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom which is now a shower room and the toilet accompanies it next door. There is a lovely garden, altogether, a lovely property in a very powerful position.

ENTRANCE HALL There is a u.PVC double glazed front door casement to this property, it leads into the porch where there is a tiled floor and shelving to one side. There is a separate toilet which is next to the bathroom. BEDROOM 1 12'x 10'to the wardrobes This lovely room is to the front with a u.PVC double glazed window with a pleasant outlook, a central heating radiator, coving to the ceiling and fitted wardrobes to one wall completely. BEDROOM 2 12'x 8'6', This bedroom is to the back of the property with a u.PVC double glazed window looking over the garden, a central heating radiator, a u.PVC double glazed window and built in wardrobes each side of the bed head space with storage above. BEDROOM 3 10'6' x 6'maximum Situated to the front of the property with a u.PVC double glazed window, a central heating radiator and a built in wardrobe. GARAGE There is a brick garage with light and power and an up and over door at the end of the gated drive. GARDENS The front garden is walled and lawned, it is mature and very attractive.
