SITUATION Barnard Castle 4 miles, Bishop Auckland 12 miles, Richmond 18 miles, Darlington 23 miles, Durham 23 miles, Newcastle upon Tyne 45 miles. Please note that all distances are approximate.
Situated close to the towns of Barnard Castle, Darlington and Bishop Auckland, while the cities of Newcastle, Durham, York and Leeds are also easily accessible.
There are main line train stations at Darlington and Durham, with International airports to be found at Durham Tees Valley, Newcastle and Leeds / Bradford. The property lies within easy reach of the A66 and A1(M) bringing many areas within commuting distance. DESCRIPTION This two bedroom property is ideally situated in the mature development of Stainton Grove, just outside of the market town of Barnard Castle, providing excellent access to all local amenities.
